- New Agent Training: learn the foundations of listing, buying, contracts and lead generation, plus a structured onboarding plan for your first weeks
- Weekly Skills classes: led by Adam Oberski and attended by 100+ agents
- Hands-on experience: previewing homes, practice CMAs and offers, and holding open houses early in your career
Coaching from real brokers:
- Six managing brokers in the office five days a week
- Free 1-on-1 coaching and support available 24/7
- A culture of mentorship, where veteran agents work alongside new ones
Support so you can focus on learning to sell:
- Marketing coordinators: listing videos, graphic design, yard signs, direct mail, and custom listing presentations
- Transaction coordinators: listing entry, deal coordination under contract, and closing scheduling
- Client coordinators: front desk reception and ShowingTime management
